Proxy Vote Form

A Proxy Vote form enables you to permit another Member to vote on your behalf at meetings. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The person voting on your behalf must be a Member of the Association who is over 15. 

The member appointing the proxy may give specific directions on how the proxy is to vote on the member's behalf; otherwise, the proxy may vote on the member's behalf in any matter as the proxy sees fit.

This form needs to be submitted 24 hours before the vote.
