Associate Membership Form

An Associate Member is an official member of C.A.M.P. under the age of 15. An Associate Membership provides a formal way to belong, be informed, and show support for the association's mission. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

An Associate Member does not have the responsibilities of a Member until they are over 15 and can vote in meetings.
